Is it just me or does my state (Arizona) have a big bullseye painted on it. At least we can extradite this piece of garbage.

- A judge ruled Tuesday that a British man can be extradited to the United States to face charges of supporting terrorism, conspiring to kill Americans and running a Web site that U.S. authorities say was used to fund terrorists.
Except there is just one problem and that is we (The United States) are
not allowed to seek the death penalty or declare Ahmad an “enemy
combatant”.Where is the “Your either with us or Your against us” philosophy about terrorism? Did it just fall off of the map? All of a sudden terrorists have hideouts in the UK? I thought Britain was an ally against terrorists, I would think an ally would hand over a known terrorist sympathizer no questions asked, I guess apparently not!
Ahmad’s lawyer, Muddassar Arani, said her client “has been made a scapegoat.
The judge stated that this is a difficult and troubling case, she said:
You have to ask yourself a fundamental question - why was Babar not charged in this country? The reason he was not charged in this country is that there was not sufficient evidence.
Excuse Me! But we grabbed up digital evidence (which is enough to convict a child molestor) but we didn’t have enough evidence to convict this creep!
