Napolitano needs to go … we say so!
May 23rd, 2005Napolitano has to go and we need to shut down our border to illegal traffic from Mexico.
Janet Napolitano has not been doing her job to protect the citizens of Arizona, in fact you would think from her actions that she was really a Mexican conspirator. Janet Napolitano has vetoed virtually ever bill that has come across her desk that would have helped to stem the tide, … tide LOL I meant tidal wave of illegal aliens crossing into our nation through our states border with Mexico. Or is there a border with Mexico it’s hard to tell anymore after what she’s been doing!
The only good thing out of all these vetoes is that she is driving a wedge between her and the honest citizens here in Arizona, which makes this the time to act. We need a “good” governor folks, one that will work to secure our border, stem the flow of illegal aliens, and send those that are here already “illegally” back home to whatever nation they came from.
There are to many “legal” ways to become a citizen of this country, to come work in this country, to come obtain a better education in this country, there is no excuse for having to enter our nation illegally! No we don’t need our nation “trashed” like they have “trashed” their nation!
Look at just a partial list of bills vetoed by Janet Napolitano.
• A bill requiring Arizonans to show proof of citizenship to register to vote.
• A bill authorizing police officers to investigate, arrest, detain or deport undocumented immigrants. Currently, only federal agents have the authority to do so.
Earlier in the year, she also vetoed:
• A bill declaring English as the state’s official language.
• A bill banning state and local governments from accepting Mexico-issued consular cards and other foreign forms of ID as valid identification.
The governor defended her actions by saying the proposed laws did nothing to fix the illegal immigration problem and called for comprehensive immigration laws. She also plans to convene a summit this year with local and federal authorities to discuss possible solutions.
Republicans balked and said she’s vetoing the will of Arizonans, who are fed up with illegal immigration.
Let’s just get something straight here, if something isn’t done soon in my state, there is going to be a border war here, fought not just on the border but in the streets of Phoenix. That’s how “fed up” the citizens of Arizona are!
We are tired of the crime, the drug trafficking, the trafficking of human for prostitution and slavery. We are tired of the lack of common decency these people have with the native citizens of this state, and before you go pointing any fingers know this my great, great grandfather helped to settle this state long before it was even considered a state so don’t try to say I’m no native.
I keep praying my local government will wake up and smell the bean burro’s, but to be honest I think you’d have better odds at a Las Vegas blackjack table.
