Treason
June 16th, 2005I would like to further remind everyone of two things.
1) “Subversion” From Merriam – Webster Online :

1 : the act of subverting : the state of being subverted; especially : a systematic attempt to overthrow or undermine a government or political system by persons working secretly from within
2 obsolete : a cause of overthrow or destruction
2) “Treason” US Constitution Article 3 Section 3 :
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
In today’s level of technology it would not be hard to find “two” witnesses to “the same overt act”, especially when these intellectual midgets are so embolden to stand in public and on the Senate or House floors, where everything they say and do is not only broadcast live on C-SPAN but also recorded for posterity.
I ask you, the citizens of America, is not by making false accusations against our Government “In fact our sovereign nation”, inasmuch “adhering to our Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort” in so as to promote further hostilities against our nation and it’s citizenry both at home and abroad?
How long will it be before we have another Boston Tea Party? Are we not heading down a road that we have already traveled before? Are we doomed to repeat history all over again because we have failed to learn from it?
Many of these politicians that are making these accusations about our country and about our military are the same ones that fabricated the lies of our nation and soldiers from Vietnam, the only thing that has changed is now they have achieved public office.
They were subversive and committed treason then and they’re subversive and committing treason now! I guess some things never change, I can only pray that the citizens of America are not swayed by their lies now as they were then.
It’s time to rise up and take back our nation!
Update: Just read the post over at Froggy Ruminations by Matthew Heidt and it’s right on the mark. We need to petition our representatives to first arrest this subversive traitor then prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law!
