The First Day of the Revolution
June 24th, 2005I have been up most of the night catching up on yesterday’s news and contemplating the aftermath of the Supreme Court Judges that just, in my mind, performed the biggest act of treason against the American Citizens that I’ve seen to date.
We have three branches of government for a reason, and that reason is because our nation’s founding fathers had first hand experience at dealing with a government that was a monarchy (a single person or family in total power over the people). They had seen the fallacy of that style of government and had spoken quite loudly of it in our Declaration of Independence.
I, as a Patriot of my Beloved Nation, can not more strongly state what our founding fathers so wisely stated in that document. Just as then, there are now, the same forces at work to control and manipulate the people of this nation for their own greedy profit.
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,
That is the part you always hear and next is the part you “Never” hear.
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
I ask you all that are reading this, why are “We The People” not rising up “in arms” and righting the wrongs that are being committed against our brothers and sisters in our great nation?
Are we to sit idly by and “pretend” this is not happening? Should we not be rising up and demanding the reversal of this latest attack against our Constitution (which is not to be amended from the bench but by the people, through the appropriate checks and balances).
Who are these oafs, these subversive, treasonous individuals think they are? Do they believe they are above the law, above accountability!
Should we not in fact be demanding their removal from the bench and then demanding that they be put on trial for their crimes? Where is the justice when those that sit on their ivory pillars do not in fact obey the very laws they are sworn to uphold? That they, deliberately and blatantly overstep their boundaries, by inflicting their own personal will upon the citizens of this nation. They were not appointed to their positions to manipulate our nations Constitution, they were not appointed to inflict their will upon the citizenry, they were appointed to their positions to be our nation’s highest arbitrators, and nothing more!
It is not their job to CREATE law and it is not their job to reinterpret the meaning of our Constitution. The Founding Fathers of our Nation, through great deliberation, have already done that for us and I would like to add “quite eloquently and quite clearly” mind you. If you can’t understand it then you need to go back to SCHOOL!
The only reason that anyone would “feel the need” to have to reinterpret anything in our Constitution would be because there was either something they wanted to steal from our citizens or something they wanted to inflict in a form of “control” on our citizens.
As a matter of fact I challenge you all to read the acquisitions made against the King of England by our founding fathers and see just how many sound if they could be leveled against our politicians and justices of today.
