You know what really aggravates me is all the hype your hearing about what Don Goldwater may or may not have said about forced labor camps.

The only things that I have found him as saying is that we should be making the captured illegal felons both build the border barrier and clean up their mess.

He’s never said anything about mistreating them in any way shape or form, regardless of what the Mexican news agency and all of the pro illegal groups may state. You’re all adults and unless you’ve been under a rock somewhere for the last decade, then you should understand how to use the Google search engine, and I suggest that you go use it and check for yourself.

Yes Don Goldwater is going to be very hard on the illegal aliens and the businesses that support them, but that is the right thing to do, it’s the legal thing to do. These invaders and the businesses that support them, (and that includes all of those non-profit agencies that pander to them mind you), need to be prosecuted; they’re committing crimes (FELONIES) and should be dealt with, justly.

Yes I believe that we should be using the people that we have arrested and are detained in our prison system as a labor force in this state, it’s not just the illegal aliens that have been captured that should be used in this labor force but any others that could be used without endangering the citizens of our state (no murderers ect. ect.) should be used also.

And I don’t see anything wrong with using portable tent cities to house these workers, as long as they are fed and cared for there is absolutely no reason that this could not be used. They will be working over an area and not just in one spot so a movable detention center complete with armed guards is the only logical option. Mind you these are not concentration camps, we are not going to be exterminating these prisoners, and I personally find it intellectually insulting to that anyone would imply that we are. For anyone that has heard of Sherriff Joe Arpaio knows that we have been using (successfully mind you) both tent cities and chain gang labor units here in Arizona for quite some time now and it not only works but works very well, and it has proven to be a major cost saving system at both housing low risk prisoners and as a low cost labor force.

There is no reason these felons can not be put to work, whether it is voluntary or not, just as long as the prisoners that are selected for the work teams do not have some medical issue that would exclude them from heavy labor.

People we need to clean up our state both physically and politically and Don Goldwater sure looks like the man for the job, yes he’s going to stomp on some toes but hey in order to get anything done around here someone is going to have to do some serious toe stomping.

Let Arizona become a shining example of how to secure our border with Mexico, clean up the corrupt businesses that are using the equivalent of slave labor to make huge profits, provide a hardened defense against any terrorist infiltrators, (yes people we are an easy entry point for these people), and then after that is all done we can look into providing work visa’s and other such things only if the need truly exists!

In closing here are a couple of points to think on:

1. I don’t think we should have to wait until we are attacked again to get off our butts and secure our borders.

2. I don’t think it is unreasonable to use our available prison population, and that includes the detained illegal aliens from Mexico, to both build barriers and clean up the environmental damage that has been done to both our southern deserts and other areas they have damaged around our state.

3. I believe it is both legally prudent and morally responsible for us to prosecute both businesses and ANY agencies that are harboring and “aiding and abetting” illegal alien Felons to the fullest extent of the law because said actions by these entities are undermining both our nations security and our states financial stability, it’s wrong and it has to stop!

Murtha: Has the man gone insane?

With all that Rep. John Murtha has been touting in the news
media as of late you just have to ask yourself “Has the man lost his sanity?”
Whatever knowledge he may have had at one time seems to have been totally
scrambled now.

• His Geology is totally off
• His sense of distance is totally off.
• His knowledge of History is totally whacked.
• His ability to reason on simple issues (let alone complex ones) is nonexistent.
• He can not differentiate between reality and imagination.

And the list goes on, but what really is concerning me is the fact that he is so eager to pounce on our Marines, our servicemen and
women! There is absolutely no consideration of the possibility that just maybe these charges re totally bogus in the first place.

He just automatically takes the word of someone that we don’t know from Adam as factual over the official reports of this team of servicemen? What the hells up with that?

Next it’ll be “Nine out of Ten voices in my head say…” fill in the ludicrous blank here _____.

You know what I think, I think that if Murtha is a representation of the Democratic party (and politicians in general mind you) then maybe, just maybe, we need a good old fashioned House Cleaning, because, and I don’t know about all of you out there, but I’m way beyond “Sick & Tired” of hearing their lips flapping, their backstabbing, their voting themselves raises at 2 in the morning, their “Talking out their Asses without knowing the FACTS”, their pandering to the minorities, hell their pandering to the illegal’s, their screwing with our Constitution and Our God given rights (inalienable).

What about the rest of you? How long do we go on with a finger in our nose being led around like some brain dead lemming? We need more action and less diplomacy.

This morning I read in the Wahington Times about the letter that is urging Bush to abandon his amnesty bill in the Senate for the enforcement only bill in the House, it’ll be interesting to see what he does because 85% of the Republicans in Congress are for the enforcement only bill or for not including any form of an amnesty plan.

The American Citizens are speaking (very loudly mind you) about their feelings on this and their collective voices are ringing the sounds of “ENFORCMENT”, “DEPORTATION”, “SEND THEM HOME NOW!” I sure hope that you have cleaned out your ears and have started listening to them Mr. President because these normally peaceful people are gearing up for an all out knock down drag out physical confrontation with both the illegal’s and our elected politicians. The winds of another civil war here at home in our own country are blowing on the air, you can smell it everywhere you go, you can hear it everywhere you go, you can feel it everywhere you go, please don’t try o ignore it because the results will be devastating.

We the People are speaking sir’s and madam’s and many of you are ignoring US, that is a big mistake, a mistake the British made 230 years ago, can you remember what happened when they made the same mistake? Maybe Major Ass Kicking might sound familiar!

We may have voted you into office, but we reserve the right to remove you by whatever means is necessary, you are our elected officials not our monarchal rulers. Heads will roll in the upcoming elections and if things still don’t change to our liking then maybe they’ll be rolling in other ways.

For those of you that don’t know just how much these two have their collective lips stuck to the asses of the illegal Mexican Immigrant than I would suggest that you do just a little research. For instance Ms. Napolitano has vetoed over 60 bill’s dealing with illegal immigration (in a row mind you) and has done her best to water down the effectiveness of Arizona’s Proposition 200.

If Ms. Napolitano really wants to show us just how much she is concerned about our NON-BORDER with Mexico she would put pen to paper and call up our National Guard troops to not only patrol our border but to actively engage any invaders! That includes Los Zetos, MS-13, the corrupt Mexican Military and Federalizes and the drug cartels that not only march across the border daily into our state but also actively participate in attacking our border patrol officers and our citizens in order to open up a path for the drugs, human slaves and terrorists being smuggled into our nation.

She should authorize our national guard troops with not only the right to return fire if fired upon but also to use all force necessary to achieve total victory over our enemies.

If Mexico does not like that then that’s TOUGH!

But you know what will really happen is basically nothing because we all know what this is really about, you see by declaring a state of emergency they free up all kinds of money which can easily be rerouted to things other than what it should be used for (just like it has in the past).

Save a copy of what I have just posted and lets see just how accurate I am.

Napolitano also has accused the federal government of repeatedly failing to act on illegal immigration, particularly on reimbursement of state and local government costs for apprehending, prosecuting and imprisoning illegal immigrants who commit crimes in Arizona.

Hmm pointing fingers huh she should remember that there are 3 pointing back at her.
Ms. Napolitano has vetoed over 60 bills relating to illegal immigration, the only reason she didn’t veto Proposition 200 was because it was voted on in a general election.

In July, Napolitano had the state Department of Public Safety convene a closed-door meeting of law enforcement officials to explore ways to lessen immigration problems in Arizona. Those talks included discussions of a pilot project being launched by the state to have a dozen DPS officers trained to assist local police and federal agents in immigration cases.

A pilot project my ass, one of those 60 bills she vetoed was authorizing our local state and city law enforcement officers to snatch up these illegal aliens, who is she trying to kid!

Napolitano drew criticism earlier this year for vetoing a proposal to give state and local police authority to enforce federal immigration law. She said the bill didn’t provide any money to carry out the duties.

This is her typical lame excuse, she had the chance to sign this into law and she vetoed it instead in order to show her ass kissing support of the illegal Mexican alien! Now she be caught pants down and is trying to cover her fat ass!

I say GET A ROPE!

Now that the neutering of the 5th amendment has been accomplished the piranhas are starting to feed. Here in Phoenix Arizona the ink wasn’t even dry on the papers yet when the feeding frenzy began.

Phoenix plans to seize nearly 5 acres to build the new Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix Campus.

I think that is rather plainly stated don’t you. In a way it doesn’t surprise me, we have such thieves in office and if this opportunity hadn’t presented itself then they would have figured some other way to steal the property from the rightful owners.

They sure are in a rush to grab this land up though:

“We are really up against a deadline here,” Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon said of the building. “We can’t miss this opportunity.”

Is that because that just maybe through public outcry the Supreme Court Ruling might be overturned? I doubt it, I think it will take another revolution to correct the BS our justices are coming up with. It won’t be until they are hanging from ropes in cities throughout America that we begin to correct the problem.

I have to say we sure have exhausted virtually all forms of peacefully correcting this through elections and legislature. We have been trying the peaceful way for decades, but when you’re offered nothing but used car salesmen for public officials and all forms of legislation have been twisted and neutered into virtual extinction what are you left with to do?

“Why can’t the landowners hire their own appraisers to come up with a value that we think is fair?” asked Norman Fox, who owns a 7,250-square-foot parcel along Central Avenue. The land is vacant, but Fox said he had wanted to partner with Olivieri to develop the site. The city has offered him $40 a square foot.

“I am willing to give up the high-rise for the progress,” he said. “But don’t steal it from me.”

I’ll tell you why, it’s because it’s a lot cheaper to “steal” it from the landowners than it is to be honest and make a decent offer for the land and not a token offering as shown above.

You watch, in the coming months farmers and ranchers will be forced off of their land just so it can be “given” to greedy land developers to make a fortune on (less those kickbacks to the politicians of course).

Yes what a wonderful situation our liberal Supreme Court justices have made for us.

Arizona Republic June 17 news article titled Voter ID rules for Prop. 200 delayed could also be titled “Please don’t take my Hispanic Vote Away”. Janet Napolitano and Terry Goddard are basically stonewalling this issue solely to keep their butts in office and nothing more and we are getting sick and tired of it!

Well so the truth comes out (at least a little bit of it), and it turns out there many never have been a “Downing Street Memo”, because what they have is just something the British reporter (slanderer) Michael Smith typed up himself!

In a stunning move of utter brilliance our illustrious Senator from Massachusetts John Kerry stated (through his aid) that he was sending a letter to President Bush demanding that he answer questions about the fake memo.

Hmm… “Fake but Accurate” does this remind you of anything?

Proposition 200 must be having an effect, as it was intended to, because MALDEF is the chief whiner about it to the 9th circuit court of appeals. Just another reason that it should remain enacted and enforced to the fullest extent of the law.

In an Arizona Republic article today Arizona Deputy Attorney General Mary O’Grady urged the court not to tinker with the law that denies monthly general assistance payments, assistance in paying utility bills, and help with vision benefits.

“This isn’t a regulation of immigration,” she said. “We are simply verifying eligibility.”

I would like to take just a second to speak on this, because it is one of my “pet peeves”. And that is “because” they are “illegal aliens” they have no “rights of citizenship” period! Nowhere in The Constitution of the United States of America is there a single article that gives a foreigner the same rights and protections as a lawful United States Citizen.

If you don’t believe me go read it for yourself, NARA “The United States National Achieves and Records Administration” has arguably the easiest copy of the Constitution to navigate that I have come across, though there are some others that are also fantastic, sites like Constitution Society which not only have the Constitution and Bill of Rights but also have a history of recorded incidences of the different articles being enacted or used as they where intended to be and The U.S. Constitution Online goes into great detail to describe these articles to us.

Many people today do their best to try and reinterpret the “meaning” of our founding documents in a light that is “pro” to their cause and that is wrong. If you’re going to interpret any historical document of any kind it has to be done by what the authors of that document meant “and not what you’d like it to mean”.

Ok now that I’ve said my piece on that let’s get back to the Proposition 200 issue.

Two judges appeared to question why MALDEF was even in court. They noted that the main plaintiff in the case was a private social service organization, Friendly House, and was not a person denied benefits or deported.

Note when you’re in court and two out of three Judges ask you “Why are you here?” then you should shut up and stop bitching at them and quietly as possible leave the room. Apparently MALDEF’s representatives are not quite that bright.

Villagra, of MALDEF, said Friendly House was being injured because it was besieged by illegal immigrants too afraid to seek government assistance. Since the passage of Proposition 200 in November, he added, illegal immigrants are less frequently using emergency room services and baby delivery services - areas not covered by the law.

Note the text in red “it was besieged by illegal immigrants”. How about this thought, we put a large effort into rounding up and deporting all of the “illegal immigrants” i.e. Illegal Aliens and then the “besiegement” of not only “Friendly House” but every hospital and emergency room in every border state mind you would be over.

Wow what a concept! Round up the illegal aliens i.e. criminals against our nation, and send them back to wherever they came from. Of course we would have to screen them first for any “terrorists” that might be within their midst but basically that’s a plan I think we could achieve. Some of you may say we do not have the manpower to pull that off but I say we have a crap load of unemployed people that could readily be employed and trained to do this work, as a matter of fact I think if we were to publicly ask for a show of hands across the country that are in favor of this idea we would quite probably start a great number of tornados just by the simultaneous movement of arms!

After the 45-minute hearing, Villagra said in an interview that MALDEF didn’t have illegal immigrants as plaintiffs because they feared being deported if they were part of the lawsuit, and their incentive to sue would be nonexistent if they were deported.

The measure also prohibits undocumented immigrants from registering to vote.

These guys just don’t get it “they have no rights provided to them under our countries constitution” they are here “illegally”, they have become “criminals” just by entering our nation illegally, the only right they have is to be treated humanely while they await either trial or deportation or both, and they definitely are not entitled the right to vote period!

But how much do you want to bet that there are some of our politicians out there secretly helping them to do so, just so they can remain in office.
