Sen. Kerry and the 180 Scandal
June 7th, 2005So Sen. Kerry would like us to believe that he has finally released “All” of his military records. And everyone is asking the question of whether or not the Globe is going to post what they received.
I have a more common sense question to ask: “Why did it take so long?”
That’s right, why did it take so long? If he had nothing to hide then why didn’t he just sign the SF-180 right away instead of waiting months to do it? Other people are asking this same question also, just look at Michelle Malkins post this morning.
Listen we all know, from last years election experience, that John Kerry has a terrible time keeping his lies straight. I think it will be very interesting to see just how this pans out.
We already have Sen. Kerry making like he wants to replay Watergate by his impeachment nonsense.
You know what I think; I think that just maybe we should be putting Sen. Kerry on trial for Treason, pertaining to his actions during the Vietnam War. According to the Constitution of the United States of America all we need is two surviving witness’s to the overt act to come forward and make the accusation of treason.
The United States Constitution Article 3 Section 3:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
This should also be a reminder to certain individuals in our MSM and groups i.e. the ALCU, La Raza, MECHa and others that they are not immune either.
It’s time we stand up people and hold those accountable in our Federal and State governments for the crimes they have been committing against the citizens of this country.
