In some discussions I’m having with people I know the words “Awaken the American Public” were mentioned and in the blink of an eye I was transported to a time long ago, where another statement was made, a famous and very true statement, a statement made by Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto ….

“I fear that we have awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve”

And I started thinking, “Just where the Hell is our resolve?” I mean why are we allowing these tiny minority groups to speak and try to force us into believing this is another Vietnam (which we would have won if we had just arrested these traitors back then).

We know that for a fact the majority of American citizens support the war effort, our troops and their mission (as if you could pick and choose, which you can’t)! Both Afghanistan and Iraq have become terrorist bug zappers, roach motels per say, terrorists check in but they don’t check out! Because we have ZAPPED THEM DEAD!

Now our servicemen and women in country need to start hearing from ALL of us that believe in them. If the news media will not cover our rallies because they have a socialist agenda then We the People need to start protesting their establishments in every way possible, email them, phone them, fax them, snail mail them, flood them with your sentiments! And last but not least form groups and show up in great numbers, by the thousands, with signs and bull horns and be the proverbial Ant at the Rubber Tree Plant!

We need to let them and all of their communist friends know that we are fed up with their lip service, their manipulation of the facts, their outright lies and their overall subversive sneaky ways and are ready to push over their rubber tree plant! We can always form a new “TV Station”, “Newspaper Publisher”, “Radio Broadcasting Station”, but what we can’t just recreate is our nation if we allow these people to have their way and destroy it.

They are the minority, WE are the majority!

Let’s stand united, Rock their House and let our fighting men and women know that their country totally supports their mission and are both praying and rooting for them day and night!

This just burns me up.

Here we have a Texas Marine who has served not one tour but two tours in Iraq and here is the education system spitting in his face.

Carl Basham (search) said officials at Austin Community College recently told him that he lost his Texas resident’s status because of the years he spent out of state on two tours of duty in Iraq.
Not having the in-state designation would mean paying around $2600 a semester in tuition, instead of about $500.

This just galls me to no end, once again our servicemen and women are going to be slapped in the face by these Educational Institutions? I think we need to stand up as a nation and demand that our Government immediately withdraw all federal funding from both this  Austin Community College and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

I say if ANY Educational Institution refuses ANYTHING to ANY of our returning soldiers then we should (as an example to all of the institutions) shut them down permanently!

I don’t care if it’s friggen Harvard, M.I.T., Berkley or any of them, NONE should be omitted from being held accountable!

And if our Government does not have the backbone to do it then maybe it’s time for the American People to stand up and file the worlds largest class action lawsuit in all of history. Or even better BOYCOTT THEIR ASSES!

This last Monday my good friend Gary E. Deloach died of a heart attack. I first became acquainted with both Gary and his wife Veronda over the internet during the 2004 elections at the Swift Vets site and quickly hit it off. We both have many of the same interests i.e hunting, firearms, politics ect. I will sorely miss my conversations with Gary, learning from his vast wisdom and laughing with him on the most serious of things (you would have to have known Gary to understand that one).

Veronda I will always be there for you to talk to, you are forever a friend and I know we will both get to be with Gary one day in heaven and boy what a time we will all have.

Until we meet again Gary I solute you as the true American Patriot you are!

Now that the neutering of the 5th amendment has been accomplished the piranhas are starting to feed. Here in Phoenix Arizona the ink wasn’t even dry on the papers yet when the feeding frenzy began.

Phoenix plans to seize nearly 5 acres to build the new Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix Campus.

I think that is rather plainly stated don’t you. In a way it doesn’t surprise me, we have such thieves in office and if this opportunity hadn’t presented itself then they would have figured some other way to steal the property from the rightful owners.

They sure are in a rush to grab this land up though:

“We are really up against a deadline here,” Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon said of the building. “We can’t miss this opportunity.”

Is that because that just maybe through public outcry the Supreme Court Ruling might be overturned? I doubt it, I think it will take another revolution to correct the BS our justices are coming up with. It won’t be until they are hanging from ropes in cities throughout America that we begin to correct the problem.

I have to say we sure have exhausted virtually all forms of peacefully correcting this through elections and legislature. We have been trying the peaceful way for decades, but when you’re offered nothing but used car salesmen for public officials and all forms of legislation have been twisted and neutered into virtual extinction what are you left with to do?

“Why can’t the landowners hire their own appraisers to come up with a value that we think is fair?” asked Norman Fox, who owns a 7,250-square-foot parcel along Central Avenue. The land is vacant, but Fox said he had wanted to partner with Olivieri to develop the site. The city has offered him $40 a square foot.

“I am willing to give up the high-rise for the progress,” he said. “But don’t steal it from me.”

I’ll tell you why, it’s because it’s a lot cheaper to “steal” it from the landowners than it is to be honest and make a decent offer for the land and not a token offering as shown above.

You watch, in the coming months farmers and ranchers will be forced off of their land just so it can be “given” to greedy land developers to make a fortune on (less those kickbacks to the politicians of course).

Yes what a wonderful situation our liberal Supreme Court justices have made for us.

I have been up most of the night catching up on yesterday’s news and contemplating the aftermath of the Supreme Court Judges that just, in my mind, performed the biggest act of treason against the American Citizens that I’ve seen to date.

We have three branches of government for a reason, and that reason is because our nation’s founding fathers had first hand experience at dealing with a government that was a monarchy (a single person or family in total power over the people). They had seen the fallacy of that style of government and had spoken quite loudly of it in our Declaration of Independence.

I, as a Patriot of my Beloved Nation, can not more strongly state what our founding fathers so wisely stated in that document. Just as then, there are now, the same forces at work to control and manipulate the people of this nation for their own greedy profit.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,

That is the part you always hear and next is the part you “Never” hear.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. I ask you all that are reading this, why are “We The People” not rising up “in arms” and righting the wrongs that are being committed against our brothers and sisters in our great nation?

Are we to sit idly by and “pretend” this is not happening? Should we not be rising up and demanding the reversal of this latest attack against our Constitution (which is not to be amended from the bench but by the people, through the appropriate checks and balances).
Who are these oafs, these subversive, treasonous individuals think they are? Do they believe they are above the law, above accountability!

Should we not in fact be demanding their removal from the bench and then demanding that they be put on trial for their crimes? Where is the justice when those that sit on their ivory pillars do not in fact obey the very laws they are sworn to uphold? That they, deliberately and blatantly overstep their boundaries, by inflicting their own personal will upon the citizens of this nation. They were not appointed to their positions to manipulate our nations Constitution, they were not appointed to inflict their will upon the citizenry, they were appointed to their positions to be our nation’s highest arbitrators, and nothing more!

It is not their job to CREATE law and it is not their job to reinterpret the meaning of our Constitution. The Founding Fathers of our Nation, through great deliberation, have already done that for us and I would like to add “quite eloquently and quite clearly” mind you. If you can’t understand it then you need to go back to SCHOOL!

The only reason that anyone would “feel the need” to have to reinterpret anything in our Constitution would be because there was either something they wanted to steal from our citizens or something they wanted to inflict in a form of “control” on our citizens.

As a matter of fact I challenge you all to read the acquisitions made against the King of England by our founding fathers and see just how many sound if they could be leveled against our politicians and justices of today.

I am done writing for now, I’m tired and I’m going to have a glass of ice cold water and try to get at least a little bit of rest. I’m linking to other bloggers that have also posted on this here and here and here.

The news media has done it’s best to try and cover up the incursions by Mexican paramilitary units and Mexican Military units that have sided with the Mexican drug cartels, but it’s getting so bad they just can not cover it up anymore.

It’s hard to cover up the fact that our Border Patrol Officers are being fired upon by Mexican Military Units, units we have trained ourselves right here in America to combat the very drug cartels they are currently working for.

It’s also hard to cover up attacks upon citizens of the United States of America, not in some other country mind you but right here in our own country, on their own private property, in their own homes.

And worst of all it’s no longer possible to cover up the fact that we have to many Anti-American politicians in our country that could care less about living up to the Oath of Office they swore to uphold!

Once again what you are going to see is it will be the “Well Regulated Militia”, for those of you that can’t figure that one out on your own it means in short “Armed American Patriotic Citizens”, that wind up fighting and dieing in this upcoming border conflict just like our Patriotic Ancestors did in the Revolutionary War and our previous conflicts with Mexico.

Why is it that when someone else’s depraved country needs protection or liberation our politicians are so quick to deploy our military to help them out but when our own nation is being invaded the same politicians just sit on their collective asses and pick their nose?

Michelle Malkin’s immigration blog has a posting on the Mexican Military unit we trained that defected to the other side called Los Zetas. These turds need to be bagged, tagged and put on display to let the rest know we’re not going to put up with that BS in our country.

The only way you are going to deter these units from coming into our country is to go out and meet them with equal firepower and wipe their butts out.

We are on our way down a very bloody road and it’ll probably be left to the Patriotic Americans to show up first to the battle lines.
